‘Jewish Home At Home’ marketing campaign launches across broadcast and online platforms

Expanded at-home services empower and support older adults and their independence

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Jewish Home has launched the “Jewish Home At Home” marketing campaign, which promotes at-home support services for older adults — fostering independence and the ability to remain in their homes.

“For those who choose to stay in their homes, Jewish Home is here to help,” said Michael S. King, President & CEO of Jewish Home. “Our goal is to help older adults age with dignity and independence, and to develop innovative solutions and enhance our services beyond our campus walls.”

The landscape of aging is rapidly changing, with one in four Monroe County residents over the age of 60 and Baby Boomers now all over the age of 62.

The “Jewish Home At Home” marketing campaign began on July 20 and will appear across broadcast and online platforms through December.

Jewish Home’s at-home services include:

  • Care Coordination
  • Home Care
  • Home Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy
  • Physician House Calls
  • Dementia Care
  • Technology support

“We are taking the services we offer on the Jewish Home campus and bringing them into people’s homes, at the high level of quality care and staff training our community has come to know and trust from Jewish Home,” said Travis Masonis, Senior Vice President & Chief Innovation Officer at Jewish Home.

The at-home services ensure older adults can receive the care they need wherever they call home, free of challenges related to mobility, travel, and weather.

The services are centrally accessed through Jewish Home at JewishHomeRoc.org or by calling (585) 784-6870.
