At Living Well Home Care, everything
starts with you.
Companion Care
We take the time to answer your questions and explain how we can help.
To get started, we offer a complimentary 45-minute in-home visit to learn about your daily routine, lifestyle, and personal preferences. This allows us to tailor supportive, non-medical care that helps you stay independent and comfortable at home. Once we understand your needs, we carefully match you with a companion who feels like the right fit.
Our focus is you—safe, comfortable, and independent—whether at home or out and about. Our services are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Services include:
- Transportation (for shopping, errands, events)
- Housekeeping
- Escorts to appointments
- Medication reminders
- Meal preparation
- Safety and supervision
- Personal Emergency Response Systems (PERS)
Our Companions undergo comprehensive background checks (criminal and DMV) and reference checks.
Serving Monroe County.
Personal Care
Before getting started, our Personal Care team will schedule an assessment to review your needs and explore your options. We will then set a plan of care and coordinating services.
In addition to the Companion Care services listed above, Personal Care services include:
- Personal Care: Assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care: Our certified Aides provide specialized care for individuals with memory-related conditions.
- Home Safety Assessment: One of our nurses will walk through your home to identify any potential safety risks and make suggestions based on findings.
We believe in fostering one-on-one relationships between our caregivers, clients, and their families to help us provide tailored care that meets your specific needs. Our Personal Care Aides undergo thorough background checks, receive ongoing training, work under the supervision of a registered nurse, and collaborate with your medical team to deliver personalized home health care services. Personal Care is compatible with most long-term care insurance plans.

I’m a 75-year-old retired nurse and I’ve been receiving services in my home for a variety of physical challenges for more than five years. I appreciate the dignity, the humanity and the compassion that Living Well Home Care offers their clients.
