Internships help people with disabilities spread their wings

Jewish Home partnered with Project SEARCH and Heritage Christian Services to offer internships to adults with disabilities. The organization provides training of job-readiness skills to to support them in finding satisfying jobs that meet their interests.

The Rochester Democrat and Chronicle Names Jewish Home a Winner of the Rochester 2019 Top Workplaces Award

Jewish Home has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2019 honor by The Democrat and Chronicle. This is the third year in a row the organization has been recognized. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools.
