Staying Well

We offer a variety of wellness class programming across our campus, such as Tai Chi, yoga, meditation, Zumba, and Senior Fit. 

Our Wellness Centers for residents and staff feature treadmills, exercise bikes, free weights, and more. The Summit Independent Living also has an indoor pool, hydro spa and putting green on site for its residents to enjoy and socialize.

Our expansive campus is surrounded by walking trails, covered gazebos, ponds and fountains—all ideal for taking in the fresh air or visiting with loved ones.

Our wellness resources also include onsite registered dietitians who work with dining services to help ensure residents are getting the nutritional support they need to stay strong, feel their best, and manage overall health.
