Adult Day

Health Care

Adult Day Health Care at Jewish Home is a medical model program that serves adults with special physical and psychosocial needs. Encouraged by staff to increase their self-esteem, social interactions and independence, members who participate in Adult Day Health Care are better able to remain with their caregivers in the community.

I like coming here because everyone is so friendly. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

– Adult Day Health Care member, Shirley
