What you can expect:
We are one of the largest providers of adult day health care services in the greater Rochester area, assisting members Monday-Friday with two sessions to choose from: Days – 8:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. and Afternoons – 1:00-6:00 p.m. Lunch or dinner is provided, depending on the session the member is attending.
Our Adult Day members look out for one another—just like family. We also welcome those who seek activities and social interaction with peers. Since we are a part of Jewish Home, Adult Day members have access to additional programs to stimulate mind and body.
We provide clinical support within the program such as:
- Nursing support and oversight
- Physical, speech and occupational therapies
- Assistance with daily medications
- Personal care and hygiene
Daily, engaging activities to enjoy.
Transportation is available in Monroe County through RMT-Rochester Medical Transportation. Our staff has received certified dementia and memory care training through the Alzheimer’s Association.
In addition, members have the opportunity to participate in activities throughout the day.
